Retained Recruitment Services

With a retained recruitment agreement, we work closely and continuously with your organization until the best candidate is identified and hired. A retained relationship allows our firm to utilize all of our resources to attract the best talent. Retained service details include:

  • Financial commitment. A retained search requires an engagement fee to initiate the search.

Contingency Recruitment Services

With a contingency recruitment agreement, your organization only pays a fee if a candidate is successfully placed. Contingency has a lower level of commitment from both parties to complete the search and reduces potential success based on limited resources to attract the best talent. Contingency service details include: 

  • Zero financial commitment. 
  • Search strategy. Your consultant will find candidates based on appropriate skills for the job description. 
  • No performance guarantee. There are no promised milestones or position fulfillments with a contingency service.
