He has a complete understanding of the marketplace, compensation programs, and delivering value-added results to customers nationwide.
Prior to Ciresi & Morek, Robert founded Ciresi & Ciresi, a premier national search firm dedicated to professional and executive talent acquisition. Ciresi & Ciresi joined forces with Point Search Partners in 2012 to form Ciresi & Morek.
From 2002-2008, Robert was managing partner at The Carmon Group. Robert attended Purdue University and is a proud alumnus of St. Ignatius High School.
