Richard is a graduate of the University of Dayton and following graduation lived in Columbus, OH for several years. He joined Ciresi & Morek in May 2013 as an Executive Recruiter when he returned home to Northeast, Ohio.
Richard has since successfully placed hundreds of candidates while maintaining the lowest turn down rate amongst his peers and has done so by connecting personally with candidates and clients alike. His strengths have been in the fields of Operations, Lean Management and Human Resources.
