As COO, Mark brings more than 15 years of recruiting experience working with Fortune 500, private equity, and large- and mid-cap companies. He specializes in placing operations, continuous improvement and supply chain professionals.
Mark manages our team of seasoned search professionals to consistently deliver top talent to our clients.
Prior to Ciresi & Morek, Mark was founder and managing director of Point Search Partners, an executive search firm that focused on experienced Academy graduates, operations and engineering leaders for private equity companies. He was also a director at a boutique search firm, where he worked on senior-level searches with divisions of Berkshire Hathaway and other Fortune 500 clients.
Before managing executive searches, Mark was a senior officer in the military, recruiting top talent for the Army Officer Program. He began his career as an Aviation Officer and has accumulated almost 1,000 flight hours in a variety of rotary wing aircraft.
Mark graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He also has a Master of Science in Human Resources.
