Plant Manager

 

We are currently assisting our client with a Plant Manager search located near Greensboro, NC. This position will be responsible for leading activities to obtain optimum results in quality, service, safety, productivity, profitability and employee relations. The Plant Manager is also responsible for the management of people, equipment and materials to achieve both daily and long-term production objectives. This is a highly visible, high-impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Drive results for plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including safety, quality, cost, delivery, absenteeism, training, compliance, on-time product launch, communications, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Develop and execute short-and long-term business plans and strategies designed to assure the growth of revenue, profit and cash flow
• Provide leadership on major issues facing the organization, working collectively with support managers, and understanding all aspects of the business
• Proactively lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years' experience leading manufacturing operations
• Proven success implementing, driving lean initiatives required

Total Compensation:

• $150,000 - $200,000
